Valve supplies
Open feedback unit
Open feedback units are the most common standard and also the easiest way for the detection of most of the GEA Aseptomag valve types.
One or two (depending on valve stroke and amount of proximitiy switches) stainless steel brackets can be attached with screws to the pneumatic actuator. The proximity switches are be mounted by using the slot which is available in two different dimensions, once for M8 and once for M12 (standard) proximity switches. The power cables for this type of feedback is directly connected with the cabinet.
T.VIS® feedback system
T.VIS® feedback system reduces the amount of wiring on a valve cluster. The centrally installed feedback unit enables the visualization of the valve positions using inductive proximity switches and flashing indicator on top of the control module.
The integrated solenoid valves control the pneumatic actuator. All these components are installed together with either a plug connection or bus-capable PC board and can be connected to a PLC control system.

Steam barrier – Type DS
The steam barrier DS is a valve accesory which enables an enhanced bellow monitoring and therefore increases your product safety. The increased valve housing with two integrated connection ports allows the admission of the internal area behind the welded stainless steel bellow with steam or other sterile media.
Temperature probes give continuous feedback to the PLC and recognize a bellow damage within a short time. The system is primarily designed for equipping new installations.

Leakage monitor – Type LW
The leakage monitor system LW is a valve accesory which enables an enhanced bellow monitoring and therefore increases your product safety. The additional flange with two connection ports allows the admission of the internal area behind the welded stainless steel bellow with steam or other sterile media.
Temperature probes give continuous feedback to the PLC and recognize a bellow damage within a short time. The system is primarily used for the retrofitting of existing installations.

Stroke limiter – Type HB
The stroke limiter enables the continuous, individual setting of the valve stroke by using the included bolt as a stopper for the actuator piston.
The only restriction is the fact that the required valve stroke must be smaller than the maximum valve stroke.
Adjusting drive – Type SA
The adjusting drive enables the individual setting of an additional valve stroke. Compared to the stroke limiter the adusting drive still allows the actuation of the full stroke of the valve.
The adjusting drive enables, as it were, the funcionality of a pneumatic actuator with seat lifting function, but the seat lifting stroke can be set by the user individually.
